After getting my bachelor's degree Social Studies in 2001, I soon found out my true passion lay somewhere else: photography. So I made a ferm switch by joining the Photo Academy in Amsterdam (2002-2004) followed by assisting - and learning a lot from - photographers such as Alique, Paul Bellaart, Astrid Zuidema and Tom van Heel.
